Pathway to Hope was built on my journey, my community, and my calling to give back.

A LIFE OF SERVICE

A MISSION THAT CONTINUES

I am a proud minority raised on the west side of Montgomery, Alabama. My community shaped me, inspired me, and continues to fuel my passion to help others.

I graduated from G.W. Carver High School and earned a basketball scholarship to Dillard University where I learned the value of hard work, discipline, and determination.

After college, I joined the United States Navy as a Naval Supply Officer. I proudly served for 21 years and retired honorably and committed to service above self.

Today, I am a Service Disabled Veteran with a new mission: to provide safe, supportive living spaces for individuals experiencing homelessness and hardship. No one should have to face life's challenges alone.

Why I Started Pathway To Hope

"I saw too many individuals in our community without a place to go, without the tools to rebuild, and without hope.

I started Pathway to Hope to change that.

We believe that with stable housing, life-skills training, and access to essential resources, individuals can rebuild their lives, regain stability, and create a brighter future.

This is more than a mission - it's personal."

  • Economic Pressures - poverty, low wages

  • Traumatic Events / Individual Crisis - job loss, health problems, addiction, domestic violence, divorce, family instability

  • Mental Health

  • Institutional Transitions - Prison, aging out of foster care
